In my research of this book, I decided to use the “Type and Subject Area of Teaching Certification” chapter of this book as one of my sources. Throughout my reading of this chapter I realized that experience is very important to have experience when you are teaching. Having experienced teacher or leaders allows students to become more productive learners and may help them get more out of the subject they are learning because they have a more experienced instructor.
