In this article, Lisa Silverman, showed how museums allow kids to learn. All throughout this article, Lisa shows the different ways that museums allow students to have fun, but still learn as they do it. Allowing kids visit museums for school-related fieldtrips allows them to have an educational experience that is fun and isn’t in the classroom. This source is a good one for my research question, because it relates students learning with a science museum, much like the Discovery Center. This source should give me plenty of information about this process to allow myself to continue my research.
Tyler: Nicely done; you're finding some great sources. As I mention elsewhere (to others) on the blog, I think this bibliography entry could be improved with a sentence or two linking your individual source to their broader conversation (Eg, how are your sources speaking back to, complicating, or diverging from one another?). Otherwise, keep up the solid work.
