As strange a name as the article has, it is actually talking about museum exhibits. The article discusses how businesses use museum exhibits to advertise themselves, and how museums use this to get funding from those businesses. By allowing companies to sponsor exhibits/events, or be in someway tied to an exhibit, the museum can gain funding from that company. This is especially relevant to my topic and my experience at the Discovery Center. The Discovery Center has a minimal charge in order to keep everything running, and workers are volunteers. The DCI is not for profit, so how does it get money? This article explains a solution for such museums.
